据悉，当地时间14日美国总统拜登宣布决定对中国制造的商品征收一系列关税：钢铁和铝25%，半导体50%，电动汽车100%，光伏电池50%。此外美国商务部称在原有对华301关税基础上，进一步提高对自华进口的电动汽车、锂电池等各种商品加税，是为了“保护美国的产业安全”。这是拜登上台后对中国最大幅度的一次加税，美商务部长耶伦前后两次发声，表示“不希望看到中国方面对此反应激烈”，暗示想息事宁人。

消息提到，美国媒体注意到拜登的这次加税名单中漏掉了一样商品：无人机。早在今年3月份美国众议院“美中战略竞争特别委员会”主席迈克·加拉格尔，该委员会的民主党领袖拉贾·克里希纳莫尼和其他11名议员就要求对大疆无人机增加关税进口，拜登罕见没有做出回应；事后相关人士推测，拜登至少在现阶段不想对华无人机进口下手，因为这将会让政府机构出现麻烦——美国快速反应服务部门和其他民用部门是采购中国无人机的大户，这涉及到美方的切身利益。

16日，美国共和党议员斯特凡尼克再度要求拜登政府对中国无人机加税，她表示美方现在对中国无人机“太依赖了”，大部分制造商都在从中国进口无人机来售卖，这样造成美国无人机行业无法崛起。她认为中国对无人机的补贴力度很大，目标是“确保其在全球无人机市场的主导地位，并削弱美国制造商的地位”，所以美国为了应对，必须要分阶段提高自华进口无人机的关税，第一步暂且加税30%，未来继续提高。

消息人士表示，斯特凡尼克要求“加税30%”实际上对美国的采购不会有太大影响，因为现阶段美国无人机行业太落后：在2023年联邦机构估计如果将森林执法部门的无人机全部换为美国产，将耗费70亿美元的成本——比进口中国的价格高了6倍；不仅如此，更换后的无人机大量零件还是从中国进口的，这没有什么实际意义。所以美国的关税豁免政策只要一提到中国无人机，统一都是“跳过”；从特朗普时代就开始讨论要对大疆采取加税措施，现在已经五年过去了，美国仍然没有实施该方案，他们完全没有替代品。

美媒表示按照目前的无人机发展现状，美国应该“至少五年后再讨论换掉中国产品”，但现在美方无人机领域落后中国不止五年；所以加税禁止了其他的产品之后，美方尚有别的产品可用，将无人机提高关税美国的需求并不会降低，最后实实在在是他们自己多花钱买单了。
